There are a few reasons that the Furrion Chill RV Air Conditioner like part # FR58PR may be leaking. The most common is simply a blocked/clogged drain. The other reason could however be a leak at the roof gasket. The drain should be able to be unclogged without replacing anything but if the gasket is bad you'll need a new one, the Roof Air Conditioner Gasket Kit part # FR78NR.

I have a solution for you, but you cannot remove the handle from the Flow Max RV Kitchen Faucet # LC719333, so you would need to replace the entire faucet in this instance. According to Lippert, who manufacture the Flow Max kitchen faucets, none of them allow you to remove the handles to perform repairs unfortunately. The Ventline Ventadome Trailer Roof Vent - Manual - 14-1/4" x 14-1/4" - White - Birch Trim # V2092SP-25 can be fixed easily. You will start by removing the trim/garnish from the inside of your trailer. Then you will remove the screw from the black handle on the manual lift to remove the knob and also any other screws holding the screen in place. If you are plugging the Camco RV Power Defender Voltage Protector # CAM55306 directly to the shore power outlet and only getting the "Open Neutral" fault when plugging in the RV then there is an issue either with the outlet itself or your RV cord.

It's definitely possible that this has occurred during your re-build but it's more likely that whoever re-installed the unit got the plumbing for the hydraulic system mixed up. You'll want to make sure that the black hose is connected to the extend feed and the orange hose is connected to the retract feed-this is the opposite of what would be on a 5th wheel trailer with a similar hydraulic system, so that might be where the error lies.
